On Thursday, June 4, incoming freshmen attended an orientation at Troy High School. Students attended three stations: in the gym, they browsed presentations from Troy High School clubs and sports; in the cafeteria, they watched a video made by StuGo about school rules and customs; and in the media center, they listened to a presentation from Toni Isaac about the school library. Meanwhile, parents attended a presentation from the Safe-Eds in the auditorium.

Anjali Sanil is a senior in their third year with The Chariot. Last year, they were the Graphics Editor, and this year, they are the Print Editor. They love working with The Chariot because they love writing about interesting topics and working with other people. They have won multiple MIPA awards in various categories, for graphics and for stories, and they love writing about news and science. Their favorite stories that they have written are "Colt Case" and "The Pride Month You Never Heard Of." In their free time, they enjoy art, video games, playing guitar, and spending time with their cat.
